Search, filters, and status tabs

Friday, July 17th, 2026·3 min read·Updated Jul 17, 2026

Status tabs The properties list divides inventory into three tabs: Active Default view for day-to-day work. Shows draft and active listings that are not archived, excluding items solely in archived state. Pending-approval badges appear on records with open change proposals. Use Active when preparing client portfolios, checking what is on market, or running match reviews. Pending approval Lists properties with changes awaiting reviewer action — creates, updates, or deletes submitted through approvals. Agents with only create permission monitor this tab to see where their submissions stand. Reviewers typically use the dedicated Approvals area instead, but the tab gives submitters context on the main list. Archive Shortcut to archived listings. For full restore steps and bulk archive management, open Properties → Archive in the sidebar. Tabs sync with list filters — switching tabs resets the result set to that lifecycle stage. Search The search box matches title and address text. Combine search with filters rather than relying on search alone in large catalogs. Tracking number filter finds a listing by internal ID — ideal when a colleague says “pull up 1042.” Core filters Open Refine results (or the filters panel) to narrow the list: Status — draft, active, or all Transaction type — sale, rent, down payment Property kind — apartment, villa, commercial, etc. Category — team-defined category tags Customer — listings linked to a specific contact Teardown / land — land-focused inventory when your market distinguishes bare land Range filters support numeric fields: Built area and land area (m²) Sale price, monthly rent, deposit, down-payment amounts Year built Enter min/max values to bracket client budgets. Clear individual filters or Clear all to reset. Amenity filters When your team defines structured amenities, the list exposes amenity filters per attribute: Text amenities — “contains” search (e.g., view description) Choice amenities — pick allowed options (e.g., parking type) Match any vs match all — require one selected amenity or every selected amenity Amenity filters are powerful for buyer request matching previews — if a buyer insists on an elevator and storage, filter before sending options. View mode persistence Filters apply in both card and table view. Column sorting in table view is independent — sort by price descending after filtering to a neighborhood category, for example. Filter state lives in the link where possible, so you can share a filtered view with a teammate. Everyday examples Morning inventory check 1. Stay on Active tab 2. Sort table by Updated descending 3. Scan what changed overnight Client call with budget 1. Set transaction type Sale 2. Set price range to client ceiling 3. Filter Property kind to apartment 4. Switch to card view for quick photo scan Verify amenity claims 1. Open amenity filters 2. Select Match all for must-haves 3. Review table columns for the client email Performance tips Narrow with transaction type and kind before heavy amenity combinations Use tracking number for single-record lookup — fastest path Archive stale listings so active filters stay meaningful When results look wrong Confirm team switcher — filters never cross workspaces Check status tab — archived listings disappear from Active Pending approval may hide effective field values until approved — open detail for proposal summary Mastering tabs and filters turns a large catalog into a precise answer for “what fits this client?” within seconds.
