Welcome to your workspace
What is Anymelk? Anymelk helps real-estate teams work together. Your workspace is where your team keeps listings, buyer requests, customers, approvals, reminders, and daily tasks — all in one place. When you sign in, you work inside a specific team. Listings, customers, and activity belong to that workspace, not to your personal account alone. If you belong to more than one agency, you can switch between them without logging out. Signing in Use the phone number and code your team lead or workspace owner gave you. After sign-in, Anymelk opens your home page — a summary of counts and shortcuts for the active team. If you were invited but have not joined yet, check Invitations from your personal workspace (before selecting a team). Accept the invite to become a member. The team switcher The team switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. It shows the name of your active team. Click it to see every team you belong to. Select one to switch. The sidebar, widgets, and data all update for that workspace. Choose Personal workspace when you need to review pending invitations or create a new team (if your agency allows it). Switching teams is instant. Always confirm the correct name is shown before editing listings or customer records. Help center and guided tours Anymelk includes built-in help so you do not have to guess where things live. Help center — Open Help from the sidebar (or the help menu in the header). Articles explain each area in plain language. Use the category list to jump to Properties, Requests, Team, and other topics. Guided tours — Click the help icon (circle with a question mark) on the home page header. From the menu you can: Open the help center in a new tab Start a guided tour for the page you are on — for example, home basics, properties, or team management Tours highlight key controls step by step. You can repeat them anytime. Completed tours are remembered on your account. Setup checklist When you first join a team, the home page may show a setup checklist with steps such as adding a listing, adding a customer, inviting a teammate, or customizing your home page. Each item links directly to the right page. Dismiss the checklist when you no longer need it. Tips for new members Confirm your team before creating records — data stays inside the active workspace. Explore the sidebar — navigation groups related tools (Properties, Requests, Customers, Work, and more). Use tours when learning an area for the first time; they follow the same layout you see in the app. Ask your team lead about your role — your role decides which pages and actions you can use. Your workspace owner sets up billing, approval rules, and categories. As an agent or teammate, you focus on listings, clients, and follow-ups inside the workspace assigned to you.
