Subscription and invoices

Subscription page Open Billing → Subscription in the team sidebar (requires billing read ). This page details your agency’s active plan: Plan name and description Billing cycle — monthly or as contracted Renewal date or trial end Included seats and current usage Enabled features — matching, tasks tier, reminders, etc. Scheduled changes — upcoming downgrades or seat adjustments if already requested Use subscription view before asking owner “do we have matching?” — feature list is authoritative. Plan changes from an agent perspective Line agents generally cannot change plans. Owners or billing contacts: Upgrade for more seats or features Schedule downgrades at period end (when supported) If you need a feature for daily work, escalate with business justification — do not attempt workarounds on personal accounts. Invoices Billing → Invoices lists team invoices: | Column | Meaning | |--------|---------| | Number / ID | Reference for accounting | | Date | Issue date | | Amount | Charge in billing currency (often IRR) | | Status | Paid, pending, overdue | | Period | Service window covered | Open an invoice row for line items — base subscription, extra seats, add-on features, taxes if applicable. Download and sharing Download PDF or view printable invoice when button available. Forward to your agency accountant — not clients. Pending invoices may explain write blocks on listing actions until paid. Payment history (wallet) Members with billing read ledger permission open Billing → Ledger for wallet movements: Top-ups and credits Subscription charges Refunds or adjustments Payment history complements invoices — wallet-first billing may show debits before formal invoice issuance. Coordinating with team operations Before hiring 1. Check subscription seats on Billing overview 2. Compare Team seat usage card 3. Owner approves seat purchase if at limit Before renewal month 1. Owner reviews invoices for accuracy 2. Confirm wallet balance covers renewal if prepaid model 3. Office manager archives unnecessary test members to free seats Trial teams Trials show end date on subscription page. As trial approaches: Export critical data if not continuing (owner-led) Upgrade to paid plan to avoid read-only mode Communicate feature loss to agents relying on matching FAQ for non-owner members “Invoice says overdue — can I still add listings?” Possibly blocked for writes — tell owner immediately. “Why did matching disappear?” Subscription feature lapsed or trial ended — not a bug in your filters. “Can I see card ending digits?” Payment method details restricted to owner payment flows; invoices show amounts only. “Need official tax invoice.” Download from Invoices; contact owner for legal entity details on invoice header. Subscription and invoices translate contract into visible dates and amounts — check them when operations scale, not only when something breaks.
