My submissions

Friday, July 17th, 2026·3 min read·Updated Jul 17, 2026

What My submissions is My submissions is the submitter’s side of approvals. When your team requires review, your creates and edits become change proposals you can track until approved or rejected. Open Approvals → My submissions or append `?view=mine` to the approvals link. You need property create and/or request create permission — reviewers without personal submissions may rarely use this view. When you land here automatically If you lack approve permission, Approvals opens My submissions by default instead of the review queue. That prevents empty queue confusion for line agents. What you see Proposal cards resemble the reviewer queue but filtered to your submissions only: Pending items awaiting manager action Historical approved/rejected records via status tabs Same entity filters — listings vs buyer requests Change type and title summary Status badges on Properties and Requests lists also reflect pending state — double-check there before calling clients about “live” changes. Tracking pending work Use My submissions as your personal checklist: 1. Morning — scan pending count 2. Nudge reviewer on urgent price fixes (offline etiquette varies) 3. After reject — read review note, fix, resubmit Pending creates mean the listing is not fully active yet — set client expectations accordingly. Withdrawing a proposal Changed your mind or submitted wrong data? 1. Open the pending proposal 2. Choose Withdraw Withdrawn proposals leave the record in its prior state (or draft for failed creates). Edit and submit again when ready. You cannot withdraw another agent’s submission — only your own. After approval Approved proposals clear pending badges. Verify on detail page that fields match what you submitted. If mismatch, open activity history or contact reviewer — rare sync issues deserve tickets to your lead. Notifications titled Change approved link back here or to the entity. After rejection Change rejected notifications include reviewer note when provided. Typical fixes: Missing photos Price outside owner mandate Wrong property kind for building Do not argue in notes — fix data and resubmit professionally. Filters for submitters Same toolbar aids as queue: Search your submissions by title Change type filter when hunting one delete proposal Status tabs — focus Pending during daily standup Coordinating with reviewers Team norms help: Flag urgent in internal chat with proposal title + tracking number Batch minor typo fixes to reduce queue noise Learn from reject notes to reduce back-and-forth Relationship to edit locks If you cannot submit because property is locked , coordinate with colleague holding lock before creating duplicate proposals. Permissions recap | Need | Permission | |------|------------| | See My submissions | Create on property and/or request | | Submit changes | Create/update on respective area | | Withdraw own pending | Submitter ownership (default) | My submissions turns opaque “waiting on manager” into visible state — use it so clients never hear “it’s live” when approval is still pending.
